Shipping

Switzerland: 1-3 business days, free of charge.

Europe: 2-7 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has been dispatched. As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email.

Prices, duties and taxes

All prices are in CHF and include Swiss VAT. No additional charges apply on delivery within Switzerland.

For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply. These are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient.

Returns and exchanges

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please review the product description, measurements and images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at office@nanoeyewear.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and its packaging.

We will review your request and, where the claim is confirmed, repair or replace the item or refund the purchase price. Defects that appear later are covered by the warranty set out in our Terms & Conditions.
